Tai Thong also held a press conference on the 4th August at Tropicana Golf Club Resort to unveil their new mooncake flavours. Chef Yiu Wing Keung gave a demonstration to the attendees on how to make snow skin mooncakes. The event was made even more memorable with a stirring drum performance as well as rendition of classic Chinese songs by a three-piece band. Here are some of the pictures taken.
